Premier provided planning and civil engineering services for 310-acre, 1,035-lot (Phase I) and 590-acre, 2,060-lot (Phase II) single-family residential subdivisions. Services included updating planned area development, a complete ALTA survey, preliminary plat, traffic report, utility design and coordination, final construction documents for water, sewer, roadways, grading and drainage, and final plat. Premier also provided planning and civil engineering services for a 380-acre, 1590-lot (Phase III) single-family residential subdivision.
Premier provided construction survey staking services for this 3,095-lot (Phases I and II) single-family residential subdivision. Services include ALTA/ACSM surveys, photogrammetric control surveys, topographic surveys, subdivision platting, and construction staking of mass excavation/preliminary grading, underground utilities, roadway improvements and platted subdivision lot boundaries.
