Luke Air Force Base Upgrade Building 931 for Hydraulic Test Stand

Premier provided all demolition, construction and testing for the 56 CMS Hydraulic shop which was selected as the West Coast Centralized Repair Facility (CRF) for Fighter aircraft. The intent was to increase repair capacity from sole F-16 repairs to Mountain Home’s F-15s and Davis Monthan’s A-10’s. Modifications to the existing 56 CMS hydraulic shop facility included installing all supporting utilities, a recirculating closed-loop water system to cool two Avitech Hydraulic Test Stands, and electrical power was required to operate the two test stands and enlargement of an existing doorway.
