CG is the founder of Premier and has over 30 years of structural engineering experience in Arizona specializing in the design and inspection of bridges, earth retaining structures and noise/retaining walls. He currently serves as project principal for the majority of Premier’s public works projects handling all contractual matters and ensuring the quality and timeliness of Premier’s performance.
Senior Vice President
Fadi has over 30 years of structural engineering experience in the design and construction of bridges, special highway structures, earth retaining structures, sound walls and buildings. Fadi is also a certified bridge inspector and has performed hundreds of inspections on all types of bridges across the state. He currently services as a project principal and project manager for many of Premier’s projects.
Transporation Department Manager
Kim has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management in Arizona. She has a proven track record of successful delivery of a wide variety of transportation projects, both as a project manager and as a lead roadway/civil engineer. Her design experience includes arterial roadway systems, multi-modal and pedestrian facilities, local streets, public parks, and commercial and residential developments.
Survey Department Manager
Mark has over 30 years of experience in land surveying with a primary emphasis on public infrastructure projects. His experience includes topographic field surveying, boundary and right-of-way determination, and utility mapping. In addition to being a Registered Land Surveyor in Arizona, he is also a graduate of the United States Bureau of Land Management Certified Federal Surveyor program.
Water/Wastewater Department Manager
Matt has over 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering design and project management in Arizona. His diverse experience ranges from projects to municipal water, wastewater distribution and collections systems. In addition to his design experience, Matt has also provided construction administration services for several of his projects.
Drainage Department Manager
Chuck has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, including over 13 years in the public sector working for both the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County, specializing in stormwater management. His technical expertise includes hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design of storm drain systems, and scour and sediment transport analysis.
Geotechnical Department Manager
Shameem has over 20 years of geotechnical engineering design experience. His experience includes teaching geotechnical courses at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology followed by almost a decade as a practicing professional engineer in Arizona. His experience includes geotechnical analysis for the design and construction of bridges, roadway systems, aviation facilities, as well as construction materials testing.
Carole has over 25 years in administrative experience in the engineering, insurance, and telecommunication industries. In 2017, Carole became Premier’s Office Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations involving HR matters, general accounting/payroll functions, and asset maintenance/management.
